Durban- The 2017 Comrades Marathon was won by Bongumusa Mthembu from South Africa and female's side was won by Camille Herron  and her finishing time is 6:27:35.

Bongumusa crossed the finish line just before 11am, completing the challenging 86.73-kilometre race from Durban to Pietermaritzburg in a time of 5 hours, 35 minutes and 34 seconds.
The KwaZulu-Natal-born runner won the race in 2014 after finishing third in 2016 and second in 2012.

Previous club-Academica. Ricardo Nascimento,simply known as Ricardo Nascimento is a Brazil fotballer playing for Mamelodi Sundowns in South Africa as a defender. after a few season at Palmeiras. He joined Ole' Brazil in 2008.Nascimento spent the following season on loan at Penafile followed by Portimonense.he then returned to Brazil before embracing Romanian football with Astra Giurgiu. He again spent the 2012-2013 season with Portimonense. It was followed by another loan entered Primeira Liga with Academica. He Sportted the eye of coach Pitso Mosimane and his technical team with many cool and composed performance behind him.with outgoing players Ricardo became a top priority and Brazilian joined Mamelodi Sundowns in the July winter of 2016.
